What is Yoga Therapy?

Yoga Therapy is a mode of therapy that integrates the practices of yoga (movement,  breathwork, meditation) into clinical settings.

As a Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT) I’ve received over 1000 hours of training on the specific application of yogic techniques for anxiety/depression, PTSD and C-PTSD, addiction and other common forms of mental and emotional suffering. 

Yoga Therapy works as a stand alone mode of therapy, or integrated with traditional modes of talk therapy.
